I installed Internet Information Service (IIS) on my home PC and the web service is running successfully when I access http://127.0.0.1 or http://localhost. But I can’t access it using my public IP address, of course I can access it through internal private address.

I am using a 2wire 2700HG model and configure port forwarding which is port 80 but to no avail. However FTP server is successful through port 21 setting, can anyone tell me what’s the problem? I am in Singapore using ISP Singnet, is it that my ISP blocks this cability?
