Try freewebs. Though you are not going to get much users that will like your website too much since free hosting is not what most people like to look at, including me.

For free subdomain also what youd like id probably be able to recommend some more freedom like id probably be.

If you don’t know coding at all is the best. If you know HTML then it is better. It has an HTML editor.
