Will this setup work for a web server?

I’m looking into running my own e-mail service and web server. I have some options I think might work, but I need to know a definite answer.

My choices:
D-Link DNS-321 NAS server
Apache operating system stored on the server
SquirrelMail open-source coding

    The server webmin can be used to use for storage but not go with some people think this out of your house some people think this up you would need dedicated ip address also why not go with shared hosting service.
